Welcoming the Holiday Season!

Things are finally moving forward, slowly but surely. While Jupiter, Uranus, and Chiron remain retrograde, Neptune will start moving forward on December 10th. Mercury will finish its retrograde shadow by December 16th. This shift change suggests greater clarity and sharpness, which is excellent for preparing for the new year. Mars will be out of bounce the entire month, joined by out-of-bounce Venus from Dec 21st-31st, and Mercury from Dec 29th-31st. Out-of-bounds planets occur when a planet's declination exceeds 23°27' north or south of the celestial equator, beyond the Sun's typical range, leading to exaggerated, unbound expressions of its energy. On New Year's Eve, the Moon will be out of bounce as well - 4 out of bounce planets can bring rebellion or unpredictability, potentially causing eccentric or extreme behaviors. Watch out!

December Lunations
December Lunations

The Full Moon at 13°04' Gemini on December 4th, with the square to the lunar nodes, will shine a light on the events that might feel destined. Mercury in Scorpio, as the ruler of this lunation, will reveal some hidden information. Willingness to engage in open dialogue and discuss more demanding topics can be productive. This lunation is part of the lunar gestation family, which began on the new Moon on June 6th, 2024. The events of that new Moon might come up on this lunation. Mutable signs are affected the most: Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces, and all of you with natal placements between 10°- 16° of those signs.

Please tune in for more details on the Full Moon on my YouTube channel.

On December 19th, the New Moon at 28°25' Sagittarius, joined by Venus, squares Neptune and Saturn. Confusion and real-life circumstances can challenge our quest for freedom, truth, and deeper meaning. On a positive note, this can mark the beginning of our new spiritual path and the realization of our dreams. The New Moon is occurring at the Galactic Centre, a potent fixed point representing the energetic core of the Milky Way galaxy and symbolizing higher consciousness, transformation, and pure cosmic potential. The most affected will be all mutable signs: Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces, and all of you with natal placements between 26°-29° of those signs. The first few degrees of cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) may also feel the effects, or if you have any natal placements at those degrees.

December Ingresses
December Ingresses
  1. The first week of December is auspicious, with Venus in sextile to Pluto on December 2nd and a Grand Water Trine between Mercury in Scorpio, Jupiter in Cancer, and Saturn in Pisces on Dec 6th and 7th—a great time for fostering profound emotional connections and personal growth. Lean on intuitive decision-making by trusting gut feelings and emotional intelligence. Close emotional bonds and deep personal connections will come with ease.
  2. Frustrations arise with Mars square Saturn on December 8th, followed by irritations in communication with Mercury opposition to Uranus on December 10th. Set boundaries and accept the necessary limits and obstacles set by others. These couple of days require patience and focus to avoid tension and stress. Mercury enters Sagittarius on December 11th, and communication will be more frank and direct.
  3. Mars squares Neptune on December 14th, bringing fatigue and confusion. The energy will change just a day after, on December 15th, when Mars enters Capricorn. Discipline, hard work, and persistence will be the focus for the next six weeks. Sun squares Saturn on December 16th, another indicator of taking responsibility and showing determination if we wish to achieve our goals.
  4. Things get more challenging around the winter solstice and the Sun entering Capricorn on December 21st. The Sun-Neptune square will occur just before the ingress, suggesting increased tiredness and a tendency to avoid reality. Venus will square Saturn and Neptune between Dec 21st and 24th, testing our relationship, showing some thought love, and demanding commitment to our values. On a positive note, lasting devotion can provide security for a more extended period. When Venus enters Capricorn on December 24th, we will be more willing to do so.
  5. The month ends with taking more responsibility when Mercury squares Saturn on December 30th. What you say will be taken seriously, so think before you speak.
  6. Juno enters Capricorn on December 29th, bringing more obligations to the table. The shift of Venus and Juno into Capricorn emphasises the importance of building a solid foundation in our relationships and of taking others more seriously.

Use the first week of the month to do things with more elan and ease. The rest of the month will bring many challenges in everyday situations, with Mars, Venus, the Sun, and Mercury squaring Saturn and Neptune. Also, with Mars, Venus, and Mercury out of bounds at the end of the month, we won't be willing to make the necessary effort, and instead, we might act rebelliously. If you can, it's a significant time to take some time off to relax, rest, and spend time with your loved ones. It's the holiday season after all 😊

Best period of the month: Dec 1st-Dec 7th, Dec 11th-Dec 13th.

Challenging period of the month: Dec 8th-Dec 10th, Dec 14th-Dec 24th.
